The company has been establishing and consummating personnel employment

The reward system of Yizumi Co. is expounded as follows:
1) Salary: Focus on equity and justness, namely the people of the
same level enjoy the same salary.
2) Bonus: The bonus are given according to the efficiency of company
and department and personal behavior. It also consists of monthly
performance bonus and year-end bonus.
3) Skill appraisal: Every year, the company holds skill contest
for more than twice in a bid to appraise excellent employees and excellent
teams, which will be issued with certificates and cash reward.
